Designed by an engineer for engineers
With nearly two decades of engineering expertise and a current pursuit in psychology, I’m on a mission to bridge the gap between technical and interpersonal skills. As a leadership trainer and mentor, I firmly believe that behind every technical challenge lies a human element waiting to be understood. My passion is guiding organizations to recognize this truth and empowering engineers to cultivate robust, meaningful connections. Recognizing the importance of effective teamwork and leadership skills, I strive to equip engineers with the tools they need to not only excel in their technical roles but also lead and collaborate effectively, driving innovation and success.
What is a microtraining?
Microtrainings are bite-sized learnings, specially designed for today’s needs. Gone are the days, when companies can expend the luxury, of sending their leaders to off-site trainings for multiple days. Even there, where this is still in practice, the learning efficiency is extremely low, as leaders are called away on an hourly basis to handle operative tasks.
This is why I design short, to the point trainings of only a couple of hours, over a longer period of time. This way, leaders can apply the learning in real-time and are supported by coaching to address the issues faced.
