What is a microtraining?

A short, focused learning experience that can be seamlessly integrated into everyday work.

The era of traditional 3-4-5-day training sessions is over—and not without reason. Today’s leaders, experts, and talented engineers face overwhelming workloads. A multi-day training session not only disrupts their work but also makes active participation challenging: emails, phone calls, and urgent matters constantly demand attention, distracting participants. This diminishes the effectiveness of learning and lowers motivation.

Continuous, year-long learning fosters deeper and more lasting development, as knowledge is gradually integrated into everyday work. It’s flexible, engaging, and perfectly aligned with the demands of today’s professional world—growth isn’t a short-term event but a long-term process and investment.

Every technical problem can be traced back to a personal problem

My experience as a leader, auditor, and trainer also supports this statement. Whether it’s about competence blindness, the dominance of individual egos, or the manifestation of personal distress patterns, the result is always a suboptimal technical solution.
